Objectives of Study：

Study of the efficacy of CT-guided posterior styloid process double-needle radiofrequency thermocoagulation in patients with glossopharyngeal neuralgia after surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合国际头痛协会的ICHD-3中关于舌咽神经痛的诊断者； 2. 年龄＞18周岁； 3. 药物治疗无效或副作用不能耐受者； 4. 智力正常，无意识障碍及精神病史，能够配合疼痛评价； 5. 未合并其他慢性头面部疼痛疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the International Headache Society's ICHD-3 diagnosis of glossopharyngeal neuralgia; 2. Age of patient >18 years; 3. Those whose medication is ineffective or whose side effects are not tolerated; 4. Normal intelligence, no history of unconsciousness or psychiatric disorders, and ability to cooperate with pain evaluation; 5. No other chronic head and face pain conditions were comorbid.

排除标准：

1.头颅 CT 或 MRI 证实颅内及咽部有器质性病变者； 2.全身感染或穿刺部位有感染者； 3.伴有严重心脑血管疾病不能耐受治疗者； 4.凝血功能异常者； 5.有精神疾病，不能自行回答问卷的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with organic intracranial and pharyngeal pathology confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Those with systemic infection or infection at the puncture site; 3. Those with severe cardiovascular disease who cannot tolerate the treatment; 4. Those with abnormal coagulation; 5. Patients with mental illness who are unable to answer the questionnaire on their own.
