研究目的：

1. 本研究以脑卒中患者大脑脚的不对称性为主要参考标准来评估患者运动功能储备能力，预测运动功能的恢复情况，指导患者进一步的治疗。2. 明确大脑脚的不对称性与运动功能恢复的关系。3. 明确大脑脚的不对称性在卒中患者运动功能评估中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In this study, the cerebral peduncle asymmetry is used to evaluate the motor function restoration of stroke patients, predict the recovery ability of motor function, and guide patients to further treatment. 2. To clarify the relationship between the cerebral peduncle asymmetry and the recovery of motor function. 3. To clarify the value of cerebral peduncle asymmetry in the evaluation of motor function of stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-80岁；②单侧发病，合并对侧肢体运动功能障碍，配合临床查体、配合治疗；③发病24小时内可配合完成CT、MRI、fMRI、DTI检查；

Inclusion criteria

① Age from 18 to 80 years old; ② patients with unilateral stroke and combine with contralateral limb motor dysfunction, cooperate with clinical physical examination and treatment; ③ can complete CT, MRI, fMRI and DTI examination within 24 hours of onset;

排除标准：

①合并脑干卒中者；②快速进展性脑卒中者；③对侧有卒中病史者；④其他原因影响卒中对侧肢体运动功能者；⑤无法配合随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with brainstem stroke; ② patients with rapid progressive stroke; ③ patients with stroke history on the opposite side; ④ patients with other causes affecting the motor function of the opposite side of stroke; ⑤ patients unable to cooperate with the follow-up.
