主要目的：基于fNRIS技术探讨针刺促醒意识障碍患者的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Based on fNRIS technology, the mechanism of acupuncture promoting consciousness disorder was discussed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合上述慢性意识障碍诊断标准，包括Chronic Coma、VS/UWS、MCS阶段；
2.突发意识障碍，病因明确；
3.右利手；
4.年龄18岁≤年龄≤75岁；
5.生命体征平稳，未参加其它临床研究者；
6.获得患者法定代理人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria for chronic disturbance of consciousness, including Chronic Coma, VS/UWS, and MCS stages;
2. Sudden disturbance of consciousness with clear etiology;
3. Right-handed;
4. Aged 18 to 75 years;
5. The vital signs are stable, and they have not participated in other clinical investigators;
6. Obtain the informed consent of the patient's legal representative.

排除标准：

1.合并颅内肿瘤、颅内感染发作期或脑死亡者；
2.脑损伤前有精神病史或吸毒、长期嗜酒史者；
3.既往有神经系统相关病史（神经退行性变、脑卒中等）者；
4.病情不稳定，呼吸、循环系统严重并发症未得到有效控制者；
5.有严重内分泌代谢疾病和其他占位性疾病等明显影响研究结果的患者；
6.发病后处于急性期，意识障碍病程未满1月者；
7.癫痫持续状态者；
8.妊娠、合并多发性创伤、四肢骨折或皮肤大面积缺损者；
9.有fNIRS采集禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with intracranial tumor, intracranial infection episode or brain death;
2. Those who have a history of mental illness or drug or long-term alcohol addiction before brain injury;
3. Those who have a history of nervous system related diseases (neurodegeneration, stroke, etc.);
4. Patients with unstable condition and serious complications of respiratory and circulatory system have not been effectively controlled;
5. Patients with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases and other space-occupying diseases that significantly affect the research results;
6. Those who are in the acute phase after the onset of the disease, and the duration of the disorder of consciousness is less than 1 month;
7. Patients with status epilepticus;
8. Pregnancy, combined with multiple trauma, limb fracture or large area of skin defect;
9. Those with contraindications to fNIRS collection.
