纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁；
2.行择期胸腹部手术；
3.ASA分级 I-III级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥18 years old;
2.Elective thoracic and abdominal surgery was performed;
3.ASA grades I-III;

排除标准：

1.急诊手术；
2.术前合并有感染性疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Emergency operation;
2.Preoperative complications of infectious diseases;
