研究目的：

本研究旨从睾丸解剖结构及各类细胞功能比较睾丸肿瘤与正常睾丸各细胞群的差异；通过比较各类睾丸肿瘤和正常睾丸组织解剖及功能区的差异因子，探索并验证关键因子各类睾丸肿瘤诊断及进程中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to compare the differences of cell populations between testicular tumors and normal testis in terms of the anatomical structure and function of various cells. To explore and verify the role of key factors in the diagnosis and progression of various testicular tumors by comparing the differences in anatomy and functional areas between various testicular tumors and normal testis tissues.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 20~70岁； 2. 病理组影像学提示睾丸肿瘤； 3. 知情同意后愿意接受手术治疗； 4. 病理组术后病检提示睾丸肿瘤各类型。

Inclusion criteria

1. 20-70 years old,; 2. Pathological group imaging showed testicular tumor; 3. Willing to accept surgical treatment after informed consent; 4. All types of testicular tumors indicated by pathological examination.

排除标准：

1. 不愿或不适合接受手术治疗； 2. 曾经或现在患有泌尿系统肿瘤； 3. 因其他原因研究者认为不宜纳入本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unwilling or unsuitable for surgical treatment; 2. Have a history or current history of urinary tract cancer; 3. For other reasons, the investigator considered that the trial should not be included.
