研究目的：

本研究利用3D打印技术，针对髋关节翻修患者，设计出用于髋关节骨缺损修补的个性化假体并进行骨缺损的修复。观察其骨修复、骨整合效果以及对髋关节翻修的治疗效果  

Objectives of Study：

This study utilizes 3D printing technology to design personalized prostheses for repairing hip bone defects in patients undergoing hip joint revision, and to perform bone defect repair. Observation of its bone repair, bone integration effect, and therapeutic effect on hip joint revision

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：50~75岁的患者; 2.需要接受全髋关节置换但置换区域存在巨大骨缺损的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: Patients aged 50-75 years old; 2. Patients who require total hip replacement but have significant bone defects in the replacement area

排除标准：

1.对金属置入物过敏的患者; 2.有严重伴随疾病或者全身评估不能耐受手术者; 3.伴有髋关节感染或全身其他部位活动性感染的患者; 4.除髋关节以外，下肢的其他关节 (膝、踝)疾患致功能严重受损，影响评估的患者; 5.筛选前6个月有酒精或药物滥用史的患者;怀孕或哺乳期妇女，或期望生育的妇女;

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to metal implants; 2. Individuals with severe comorbidities or systemic assessment of intolerance to surgery; 3. Patients with hip joint infection or active infections in other parts of the body; 4. Patients with severe functional impairment in the lower limb joints (knee, ankle) other than the hip joint, which affects the evaluation; 5. Screening patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse in the first 6 months; Pregnant or lactating women, or women who wish to conceive;
