研究目的：

1.评估儿童放射学检查镇静的程度。 2.观察儿童放射学检查时镇静后所发生的不良事件如呼吸事件(低氧血症、误吸、呼吸骤停等)，心血管事件(低血压、心律失常、心脏骤停)。 3.评估镇静程度与图像伪影的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the level of sedation in pediatric radiology examinations. 2.Investigate the adverse reactions of sedation in pediatric radiology examinations, eg. Respiratory events (hypoxemia, aspiration, respiratory arrest, etc.), cardiovascular events (hypotension, arrhythmia, cardiac arrest). 3. The relationship between the degree of sedation and image artifacts will be evaluated.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄＜18岁需采取镇静措施的患者，取得监护人及患者的同意，自愿参加本项研究，患者气道状态为ASA ?级~П级，行MRI/CT平扫或增强检查患者。

Inclusion criteria

Under 18 years old who need sedation shall voluntarily participate in this study with the consent of their guardians and patients. Patients with airway status ranging from ASA ? or П grade shall undergo MRI/CT scan or enhanced scan.

排除标准：

拒绝参加本研究、中途退出者，资料不全，未使用镇静药物完成放射学检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients or guardian refused to participate in the study, dropped out of the study, had incomplete data, complete radiological examination without sedative medicine.
