To analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses, to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction in this area, and to provide basis for alleviating the economic burden of this kind of patients.

2021-2022 年神经内科主诊为脑梗死且静脉给子阿替普酶溶栓治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

From 2021 to 2022, the neurology department diagnosed patients with cerebral infarction who received intravenous ateplase thrombolysis treatment.

住院费用遵照国家版病案首页38项费用清单，汇总后的实际发生费用为标准，将住院费用作为因变量，住院天数、性别、年龄、疗效、溶栓后的合并症或并发症作为自变量，进行多元逐步分回归分析。

The hospitalization expenses follow the 38 item expense list on the homepage of the national version of the medical record, and the actual incurred expenses are summarized as the standard. The hospitalization expenses are used as the dependent variable, and hospitalization days, gender, age, efficacy, and complications after thrombolysis are used as independent variables for multiple stepwise regression analysis.
