研究目的：

1.系统检索、评价和总结国内外缺血性脑卒中患者生活方式管理的证据，同时探索缺血性脑卒中患者对生活方式管理的需求，基于此构建基于LEARNS模式的缺血性脑卒中患者生活方式管理方案。 2.评价基于LEARNS模式的生活方式管理方案对缺血性脑卒中患者的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Systematically retrieve, evaluate and summarize the evidence of lifestyle management of ischemic stroke patients at home and abroad, explore the needs of ischemic stroke patients for lifestyle management, and construct a lifestyle management program for ischemic stroke patients based on the LEARNS model. 2.To evaluate the intervention effect of lifestyle management program based on LEARNING mode on patients with ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合缺血性卒中基层诊疗指南（2021年）诊断标准，并经头颅CT或MRI确诊的IS患者；②患者首次发病，病情稳定；③年龄≥18岁；④Barthel指数≥60分；⑤能够进行有效沟通，具备读写能力；⑥能够独立使用微信等手机软件；⑦知情同意，愿意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with ischemic stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for Primary Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke (2021) and are confirmed by head CT or MRI; ② The patient had the first onset and was stable; ③ Age ≥18 years old; ④Barthel index ≥60; ⑤ Be able to communicate effectively, have the ability to read and write; ⑥ Can independently use mobile phone software such as wechat; ⑦ Informed consent, willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①有精神疾病以及身体有其他严重的疾病，如躯体重要脏器功能严重衰竭或恶性肿瘤等； ②正在参与其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Mental illness and other serious diseases in the body, such as serious failure of the function of important organs of the body or malignant tumors; ② Patients who are participating in other studies.
