研究目的：

1 分析BPD患儿中出院后需行HOT治疗的高危因素 2 了解出院后行HOT治疗的一般情况，包括氧气支持程度、停氧纠正胎龄、用氧时间等 3 比较出院后行HOT治疗的BPD患儿与未行HOT治疗的BPD患儿的临床结局差别，包括呼吸不良结局、体格及神经发育评估。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the risk factors of HOT treatment after discharge in children with BPD 2 Understand the general situation of HOT treatment after discharge, including the degree of oxygen support, the gestational age of oxygen withdrawal correction, and the duration of oxygen use 3 To compare the clinical outcomes, including adverse respiratory outcomes, physical and neurodevelopmental assessments, between discharged BPD children treated with HOT and those not treated with HOT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

满足以下所有条件：（1）孕周≤32周;（2）根据2018年NICHD标准，诊断为BPD的患儿；（3）所有检查和程序均经重庆医科大学附属儿童医院批准并在入组前获得患者父母的书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All of the following conditions are met:(1) Gestational age ≤32 weeks; (2) Children diagnosed with BPD according to the 2018 NICHD criteria; (3) All examinations and procedures were approved by Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University and written informed consent of patients' parents was obtained before enrollment.

排除标准：

有下列任一情况：（1）存在明显先天畸形；（2）患儿严重气道软化，需额外呼吸支持；（3）家属签字提前出院的早产儿；（4）早产儿在住院期间死亡；（5）早产儿在纠正胎龄36周前出院。

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following: (1) There is an obvious congenital malformation; (2) Children with severe airway softening need additional respiratory support; (3) Premature infants who are discharged from hospital early signed by their family members; (4) Premature infants die while in hospital; (5) Preterm infants are discharged 36 weeks before their gestational age is corrected.
