研究目的：

1) 探讨IBD患者粪便中A.muciniphila丰度与外周血GPR15表达水平之间的关系； 2) 研究IBD患者粪便中A.muciniphila丰度与结肠组织中GPR15表达水平之间的关系； 3) 明确A.muciniphila在不同疾病活动度IBD患者粪便中的丰度； 4) 探索A.muciniphila丰度与不同亚型IBD患者的关系； 5) 明确A.muciniphila在健康对照者和IBD患者粪便中的丰度差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Explore the association between fecal A.muciniphila levels and peripheral blood GPR15 levels in patients with IBD; 2) Explore the association between fecal A.muciniphila levels and colonic GPR15 levels in patients with IBD; 3) Identify the abundance of fecal A.muciniphila in IBD patients with different disease activity; 4) Explore the association between fecal A.muciniphila levels and disease subtypes in patients with IBD; 5) Explore the differences in fecal A.muciniphila levels between IBD patients and healthy controls.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. IBD患者纳入标准： 1) 已确诊IBD，IBD诊断符合《我国炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见(2018年·北京)》，结合患者的临床特征、实验室检查结果、内镜下表现、组织病理学、影像学证据综合考虑诊断； 2) 年龄大于18周岁且具有民事行为能力的成年人。 2. 健康对照者纳入标准： 1) 健康正常志愿者； 2) 年龄大于18周岁且具有民事行为能力的成年人。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for IBD patients 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in China (2018 Beijing). Combined analysis of clinical manifestations, laboratory examination results, endoscopic findings, histopathological and imaging evidence; 2) Age over 18 years old and with capacity for civil acts. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls 1) Healthy volunteers; 2) Age over 18 years old and with capacity for civil acts.

排除标准：

1. IBD患者排除标准 1) 近四周曾使用抗生素药物； 2) 合并未控制的感染或败血症的患者； 3) 合并风湿性疾病、肝炎、肠结核、恶性肿瘤的患者。 2. 健康对照者排除标准 1) 近四周曾使用抗生素药物； 2) 采集标本四周内存在便秘、腹痛、腹泻、腹部不适、粪便性状改变； 3) 既往有腹部或肠道手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for IBD patients 1) Used antibiotics in recent four weeks; 2) With uncontrolled infections or sepsis; 3) With rheumatic diseases, hepatitis, intestinal tuberculosis and malignant tumor. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy controls 1) Used antibiotics in recent four weeks; 2) With constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, or changes in stool characteristics in four weeks before collecting specimens; 3) History of abdominal or intestinal surgery.
