研究目的：

调查单孔腹腔镜辅助经阴囊疝囊高位结扎术（LAT-HSL）是否不劣于传统腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to find out whether laparoscopic assisted trans-scrotal was not worse than traditional laparoscopic for pediatric male inguinal hernia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、1-3y男性患儿 2、经腹部b超明确诊断原发单侧腹股沟斜疝 3、签署知情同意书，愿意配合研究者

Inclusion criteria

①Male children aged 1 to 3 years ②preoperative ultrasonography clearly showing an inguinal hernia ③Signed informed consent and willing to cooperate with the investigator

排除标准：

1、嵌顿疝 2、合并有鞘膜积液，隐睾等 3、术中发现对侧内环口未闭 4、既往下腹部手术史

Exclusion criteria：

①Incarcerated hernia ②concurrent hydrocele or cryptorchidism ③contralateral internal ring opening not closed intraoperativel ④ hypogastic zone operation history
