研究目的：

通过临床试验了解肠道菌群移植治疗失眠的作用效果，为失眠症患者的治疗提供新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of intestinal flora transplantation in the treatment of insomnia through clinical trials, and to provide a new method for the treatment of insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）≥18岁的健康成人；且近3个月入睡时间＞30分钟，总睡眠时间＜6小时，睡眠维持障碍，整夜觉醒次数≥2次、早醒、睡眠质量下降，同时伴有日间功能障碍。失眠诊断标准：①对睡眠的质或者量显著不满意，伴以下至少一项症状：入睡困难、睡眠维持困难、以频繁的觉醒或觉醒后入睡困难为特点、早醒后不能再次入睡；②睡眠困扰(或相关的日间疲劳)引起了明显的苦恼或在社交、职业、教育、学术、行为或其他重要方面的社会功能缺损；③睡眠困难每周发生≥3次；④睡眠困难≥3个月；⑤即使有足够的睡眠机会仍发生睡眠困难； （2）自愿参加本项研究； （3）意识清醒； （4）能正常进行语言交流。

Inclusion criteria

(A) Healthy adults aged ≥18 years; In the past 3 months, the sleep onset time was > 30 minutes, the total sleep time was < 6 hours, the sleep maintenance disorder, the number of awakenings throughout the night was ≥2, the early awakening, the decreased sleep quality, and daytime dysfunction. The diagnostic criteria of insomnia were: (a) significant dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of sleep, accompanied by at least one of the following symptoms: difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep, characterized by frequent awakenings or difficulty falling asleep after awakenings, and unable to fall asleep again after waking up early; (b) sleep disturbances (or related daytime fatigue) that cause significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, educational, academic, behavioral, or other important social functioning; (c) dyssomnia occurred more than 3 times per week; (d) sleep difficulty ≥3 months; (e) sleep difficulties despite adequate sleep opportunities; (B) Voluntarily participated in the study; (C) Being conscious; (D) Able to communicate in language normally.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、免疫系统疾病及严重肝肾损害；（2）患有严重的精神类疾病，如抑郁症、广泛性焦虑症等；（3）患有肠道感染或其他感染性疾病的患者；（4）对肠道菌群移植治疗有过敏反应的患者；（5）患有肠道肿瘤或其他肠道疾病的患者；（6）未能提供完整的病史或检查资料的患者；（7）因各种原因无法进行本研究所需各种检测；（8）有如下情况者：发热，妊娠期，哺乳期，全身严重感染等；（9）近2周使用过抗生素；（10）近1个月使用过益生菌制剂或免疫调节剂。

Exclusion criteria：

(A) Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, immune system diseases, and severe liver and kidney damage; (B) Suffering from severe mental illness, such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, etc.; (C) Patients with intestinal infection or other infectious diseases; (D) Patients with allergic reactions to gut microbiota transplantation; (E) Patients with intestinal tumors or other intestinal diseases; (F) Patients who fail to provide complete medical history or examination data; (G) For various reasons, the study could not be carried out. (H) Those with fever, pregnancy, lactation, severe systemic infection, etc.; (I) Use of antibiotics in the past 2 weeks; (J) Use of probiotics or immunomodulators in the past month.
