研究目的：

比较第四产程对产妇进行一次性导尿是否在产后尿潴留的发生率、产后首次自主排尿时间、首次自主排尿后膀胱残余尿量、自行排尿率、产后住院时长等结局指标有影响；  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of one-time catheterization in the fourth stage of labor on the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, the time of the first spontaneous urination after delivery, the residual urine volume of the bladder after the first spontaneous urination, the rate of spontaneous urination, and the length of postpartum hospital stay.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.同时满足以下3条纳入标准方可纳入本研究：①经阴道分娩，胎方位为头位者；；
2.②孕周为37周- 41+6周，单胎妊娠；；
3.③第四产程膀胱尿量≥300ml且未解小便者（膀胱扫描仪测量法/导尿法测量膀胱尿量）。；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the following three inclusion criteria can be included in this study: ① through vaginal delivery, fetal head;
2.② gestational age is 37 weeks-41 + 6 weeks, singleton pregnancy;
3.③ fourth stage of labor bladder urine volume 300ml (urinary bladder scanner / catheterization).;

排除标准：

1.符合下述其中任意一项，予以排除：①产前伴有泌尿系统疾病（尿路结石、急慢性肾功能不全、肾炎等）；；
2.②产前留置尿管者；；
3.③产后因病情变化行导尿术者；；
4.④伴有精神障碍者；；
5.⑤产后2h内诊断为产后出血者。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Any one of the following is excluded: ① prenatal urological diseases (urinary stones, acute and chronic renal insufficiency, nephritis, etc.);
2.② prenatal indwelling urinary catheter;
3.③ catheterization due to changes in the condition of the post-partum period;
4.④ accompanied by mental disorders;
5.⑤ diagnosed as postpartum hemorrhage in the postpartum period of 2h.;

(1)建立一个在线的密码管理EXCEL电子数据文档，实现数据实时保存及安全隐私。 (2)分类管理：对数据进行分类，按照不同月份收集的进行专用U盘归档和存储。 (3)制定数据收集规范：制定统一的数据收集表格和数据收集流程，确保数据收集规范，并在数据收集阶段就加以执行。 (4)实现数据备份：每月初对上一个月的数据进行备份在专用有密码的U盘，仅课题组成员可查看。 (5)实施访问控制：建立数据访问权限管理机制，只有经过授权的人员才能够进行数据访问操作，并且记录访问日志和权限变更信息。 (6)确保数据安全：进行数据加密、数据归档等措施，确保数据在传输、存储和处理等过程中不被窃取或破坏。

(2) Classification management: Classify the data and archive and store them on a special USB flash drive according to the different months of collection.
