Objectives of Study：

Influence of different anesthesia depth on postoperative delirium in senile patients undergoing abdominal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>65 岁；2. 美国麻醉医师协会（American society of anesthesiology, ASA）分级 I～III 级；3. 3D-CAM 法确定术前无已经存在的谵妄；4. 简易精神状态检查量表得分≧15 分; 5.改良衰弱指数：1~2。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >65 years old 2.Grade: ASA Ⅰto Ⅲ 3.The 3D-CAM method determines that there is no pre-existing delirium before surgery 4.The Minimum Mental State Examination Scale scored ≧ 15 points 5.mFI:1~2

排除标准：

1.既往神经或精神系统疾病史；2.长期服用镇静催眠、抗精神病药物；3. 严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要器官功能障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of neurological or psychiatric disease 2.Long-term use of sedative, hypnotic and antipsychotic drugs 3.Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organ dysfunction
