研究目的:

基于CBCT图像和AI深度学习技术,通过构建儿童乳恒牙和重要解剖结构的自动分割及恒牙发育自动识别的模型,建立虚拟模型辅助决策系统,以增进患儿及家长对乳恒牙及颌骨的直观了解,同时可以辅助医生进行临床决策。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on CBCT images and AI deep learning technology, a model for automatic segmentation and identification of developing permanent teeth and important anatomical structures in children was constructed to establish a virtual model-assisted decision-making system. The system aims to enhance the intuitive understanding of primary and permanent teeth and jaw bone for children and their parents, and assist doctors in clinical decision-making.

纳入标准:

1.2021年以后于我院放射科拍摄CBCT影像时年龄为5-12岁的儿童,性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children aged 5-12 years at the time of taking CBCT images in our radiology department after 2021, regardless of gender.

排除标准:

1.①CBCT影像模糊不清、有金属伪影;;
2.②有严重颌面部畸形或有颌骨肿物;;
3.③精神障碍或智力障碍者。;

Exclusion criteria:

1.① The CBCT image is blurred and has metal artifacts;;
2.② With severe maxillofacial deformity or with jaw mass;;
3.③ People with mental disorder or intellectual disability.;
