研究目的：

探究益活化痰方对 COPD 稳定期患者的临床疗效并循证评价。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy and evidence-based evaluation of Yihuohuatan Decoction in patients with stable COPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合西医诊断 COPD 稳定期；
2.符合中医气虚血瘀痰浊证；
3.年龄在 40-80 岁之间；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. In line with the Western medicine diagnosis of stable COPD;
2. In line with TCM syndrome of qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity;
3. Aged between 40-80 years;
4. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病；
2.慢性支气管炎并发严重心功能不全者；
3.行为异常或精神疾病患者；
4.过敏体质者；
5.未按规定用药，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者；
6.正参加其它临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
2. Chronic bronchitis complicated with severe cardiac insufficiency;
3. Patients with abnormal behavior or mental illness;
4. Those with allergies;
5. Those who do not use the medicine as prescribed, cannot judge the efficacy or have incomplete data, etc., which affect the judgment of efficacy or safety;
6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
