对单侧耳聋这种典型部分听觉剥夺患者跨感官模式的中枢重塑进行系统研究，阐明其重塑模式及机制  

Objectives of Study：

Systematically study the cross-modal plasticity in typical partially auditory deprived patients with single-sided deafness, elucidating its remodeling patterns and mechanisms

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单侧感音神经性耳聋患者：耳聋时间>2年，患侧耳PTA>70dB HL, 健侧耳PTA<25dB HL；
2.正常听力对照受试者：双耳PTA<25dB HL；
3.受试者均通过简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE），确认智力状态及认知功能正常；

Inclusion criteria

1.Unilateral sensorineural hearing loss patients: Deafness time>2 years, affected ear PTA>70dB HL, healthy ear PTA<25dB HL;
2.Normal hearing control subjects: binaural PTA<25dB HL;
3.All subjects were confirmed to have normal intellectual status and cognitive function through the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE);

排除标准：

1.患有精神疾病；
2.体内有金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症等磁共振检查禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.mental illness;
2.Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging examinations such as metal implants and claustrophobia in the body;

本实验收集患者听力纸质资料均经过整理、装订保存，并及时建立电子数据档案进行存储备份；事件相关电位数据及磁共振图像原始数据均及时上传数据库，且根据序列不同进行分类储存并备份；研究过程中所有受试者信息及所收集数据均严格保密。

The paper-based hearing data collected from patients in this experiment have been sorted, bound, and saved, and electronic data files have been established in a timely manner for storage and backup; Event related potential data and original magnetic resonance image data are promptly uploaded to the database, and classified, stored, and backed up according to different sequences; All subject information and collected data during the research process are strictly confidential.
