研究目的：

1.通过分析两种疗法对溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者的疗效差异，对自拟方中药灌肠联合美沙拉秦治疗溃疡性结肠炎的安全性及有效性进行客观评估。 2.深入分析名老中医谭静范教授自拟中药灌肠方优势，为中医经验的传承提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The safety and effectiveness of self-prepared TCM enema combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis were objectively evaluated by analyzing the difference in efficacy of the two treatments for patients with active ulcerative colitis. 2. In-depth analysis of the advantages of TCM enema prepared by Professor Tan Jingfan, a famous TCM practitioner, to provide scientific basis for the inheritance of TCM experience.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合UC诊断标准； ②年龄18-75岁； ③就诊前未服用相关治疗药物；； ④未参与其他药物临床试验者； ⑤自愿作为受试对象,签署知情同意书,并能接受试验药物剂型,完成全部疗程者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria of UC; ② Age 18-75 years old; ③ Did not take relevant therapeutic drugs before seeing a doctor; ④ Those who did not participate in other drug clinical trials; ⑤ Volunteer as the subject, sign the informed consent, and can accept the test drug dosage form, complete the full course of treatment.

排除标准：

①治疗期间不经同意随意中止或更换治疗药物及方法者； ②妊娠期或哺乳期女性患者; ③对多种药物过敏及过敏体质者

Exclusion criteria：

① During the treatment period without consent to stop or change the treatment drugs and methods; ② Pregnant or lactating female patients; ③ Allergic to a variety of drugs and allergic constitution
