Objectives of Study：

Effect of abdominal hot compress on intestinal recovery in patients with cervical cancer after laparoscopic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 腹腔镜手术适应症，对宫颈癌疾病患者拟行腹腔镜手术且无手术禁忌； 2. 能够理解并完整提供患者报告结局(PRO)数据; 3. 18岁至75岁女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Indications for laparoscopic surgery, for patients with cervical cancer, laparoscopic surgery is planned and there are no surgical contraindications; 2. Able to understand and provide complete patient reported outcome (PRO) data; 3. Women aged 18 to 75.

排除标准：

1.患有甲状腺疾病、炎症性肠病、慢性便秘； 2.既往腹部肠道手术、腹部放疗或新辅助化疗的病史； 3.需要重症监护超过24h； 4.需要鼻胃管引流； 5.减瘤手术相关的肠吻合和上腹部多脏器手术方法； 6.拒绝参与本临床试验、依从性差或无法进行充分随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A thyroid disease, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic constipation; 2. A history of abdominal bowel surgery, previous abdominal irradiation, previous neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. A need for intensive care for >24 hours post- operatively; 4. A need for nasogastric tube drainage; 5. A bowel anastomosis, and the use of an upper abdominal multi- visceral surgical approach for debulk- ing surgery; 6. Patients who refuse to participate in this clinical trial, have poor compliance, or are unable to receive sufficient follow-up.
