本研究旨在探討運用認知行為取向藝術治療團體,對於五專生網路成癮之改善成效,採實驗設計法,研究目的如下: 1.探討五專生網路成癮者之「網路成癮」、「憂鬱情緒」、「社交互動焦慮」、「衝動性?、「情緒調節-表達壓抑」、「情緒調節-認知重新評估」於認知行為取向藝術治療團體介入前、後之差異。 2.探討五專生網路成癮者之「網路成癮」、「憂鬱情緒」、「社交互動焦慮」、「衝動性?、「情緒調節-表達壓抑」、「情緒調節-認知重新評估」於認知行為治療團體介入前、後之差異。 3.比較五專生網路成癮者接受認知行為取向藝術治療團體或認知行為治療團體於「網路成癮」、「憂鬱情緒」、「社交互動焦慮」、「衝動性?、「情緒調節-表達壓抑」、「情緒調節-認知重新評估」之成效。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using cognitive behavioral-oriented art therapy group to improve internet addiction among junior college students. The experimental design method is adopted, and the research objectives are as follows: 1. Exploring the differences in "internet addiction", "depression", "social interaction anxiety", "impulsivity", " emotion regulation-expressive suppression ", and "emotional regulation-cognitive reappraisal" among junior college students with internet addiction before and after the intervention of cognitive behavioral oriented art therapy group. 2. Exploring the differences in "internet addiction", " depression ", "social interaction anxiety", "impulsivity", " emotion regulation-expressive suppression ", and "emotional regulation- cognitive reappraisal" among junior college students with internet addiction before and after cognitive behavioral therapy group intervention. 3. Compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral-oriented art therapy groups or cognitive behavioral therapy groups on "internet addiction", " depression ", "social interaction anxiety", "impulsivity", "emotional regulation-expressive suppression ", and "emotional regulation-cognitive reappraisal" among junior college students with internet addiction. |
