研究目的：

本研究旨在比较“西药基础治疗”与“导气通络”针法对急性耳鸣患者的治疗在干预效应及远期疗效上是否具有差异性，借以评估“导气通络”针法对急性耳鸣患者是否更具疗效与优势。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the differences in intervention effects and long-term efficacy between the "basic western medicine" and the "guiding qi and dredging meridians" acupuncture method for the treatment of acute tinnitus patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合急性耳鸣诊断； 2. 18岁≤患者年龄≤75岁，性别不限； 3. 认知水平正常，能配合本研究的试验流程。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute tinnitus; 2. 18 years old ≤ patient age ≤ 75 years old, gender is not limited; 3. They must have a normal cognitive level and be able to cooperate with the experimental procedures of this study.

排除标准：

1.搏动性、外伤性、肿痛、感染性疾病所致耳鸣患者； 2.合并有严重的心、脑、肾或血液系统及精神病患者； 3.有情绪或心理疾病等； 4.有理解障碍、完全性失语及严重认知障碍者； 5.晕针及其他不能耐受针灸治疗者； 6.同时接受西药及针灸治疗； 7.妊娠和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with tinnitus due to pulsatile, traumatic, swelling and pain, infectious diseases; 2. Patients with combination of severe heart, brain, kidney or blood system and psychiatric disorders 3. Patients with emotional or psychological disorders, etc; 4. Patients with comprehension disorders, complete aphasia and severe cognitive impairment; 5. Those who are dizzy from needles and others who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment; 6. Receiving western medicine and acupuncture treatment at the same time; 7. Pregnant and lactating women.
