探讨瑞马唑仑或丙泊酚全身麻醉对老年女性全子宫切除术患者术后恢复的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of remazolam or propofol general anesthesia on postoperative recovery in elderly women with total hysterectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①择期在全身麻醉下行全子宫切除术； ②美国麻醉医师协会健康状态分级 I至III级； ③年龄≥60岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Total hysterectomy under general anesthesia at selected time; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification System (ASA) levels I to III; 3.Age ≥60 years old.

排除标准：

①已知有任何研究药物过敏史的患者； ②目前正在使用阿片类药物或睡眠辅助药物； ③酒精依赖； ④患有精神或神经系统疾病； ⑤文盲； ⑥BMI>30kg/m2； ⑦患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with a known history of allergy to any investigational drug; ②Currently using opioids or sleep AIDS; ③ Alcohol dependence; ④ Suffering from mental or neurological diseases; ⑤ Illiteracy; ⑥BMI>30kg/m2; ⑦ Patient rejection.
