研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是评估基于健康行为改变整合理论的体重自我管理干预方案对康复期乳腺癌幸存者的有效性。通过比较试验组接受体重自我管理干预（包括个性化饮食方案和运动处方、情绪管理、专题座谈会等）与对照组接受常规饮食运动知识健康教育之间的差异，研究旨在确定体重自我管理干预方案是否能够显著降低乳腺癌幸存者体重、BMI和体脂率等。 次要研究目的包括：（1）评估体重自我管理对乳腺癌幸存者的健康行为能力的影响。采用健康行为能力自评量表比较干预前后参与者在运动、营养、健康责任、心理幸福感方面的改变。通过评估健康行为能力的改善情况，可以了解体重自我管理方案对乳腺癌幸存者健康行为的影响程度。（2）评估体重自我管理对乳腺癌幸存者的生命质量的影响。研究将探究体重自我管理方案是否能够提高乳腺癌幸存者的生活质量。（3）进行过程评价以利于进一步优化干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the weight self-management intervention program based on the integrated theory of health behavior change for breast cancer survivors in rehabilitation. By comparing the difference between the text group receiving weight self-management intervention (including personalized diet program and exercise prescription, emotional management, symposium, etc.) and the control group receiving health education on conventional diet and exercise knowledge, the study aims to determine whether the weight self-management intervention program can significantly reduce the weight, BMI and body fat rate of breast cancer survivors. The secondary research objectives include: (1) to evaluate the impact of weight self-management on the health behavior ability of breast cancer survivors. Compare the changes in exercise, nutrition, health responsibility, and psychological well-being of participants before and after intervention using the Self-rated Abilities for Health Practices Scale, which can understand the impact of weight self-management program on health behavior of breast cancer survivors. (2) To assess the impact of weight self-management on the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. The study will explore whether weight self-management programs can improve the quality of life of breast cancer survivors. (3) Conduct process evaluation to further optimize intervention plans.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理诊断为 1~3期的乳腺癌患者；（2）完成全身治疗（至少手术、化疗和/或放疗、靶向治疗，部分患者完成内分泌治疗）；（3）具备基本的沟通交流能力；（4）自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) diagnosed stage Ⅰto III breast cancer patients; (2) breast cancer patients who have finished systemic treatments (at least surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and some patients completed endocrine therapy); (3) able to communicate; and (4) participated in the study voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）合并其它器官恶性肿瘤；（2）发生远处转移；（3）无法进行体成分测量，如体内有金属（如起搏器、支架）或无法独自站立；（4）存在运动禁忌症（如心脑血管、呼吸系统疾病等）；（5）合并严重肝肾功能损害；（6）既往有其他癌症诊断史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other malignant tumors; (2) distant metastasis; (3) Inability to measure body composition, such as metal in the body or inability to stand alone; (4) With contraindications to exercise (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, etc.); (5) Complicated with severe liver and kidney function damage; (6) Previous diagnosis of other cancers.

本研究采用区组随机法，由团队成员（和晓歌、王微）根据入组时间将相近的患者归入同一个区组，将患者随机分为A（试验组）、B（对照组）。随机区组大小固定等于4，将分组编码。每次随机从数字编码1-6中抽取，按照分组排列随机分配患者进入A、B两组，重复此过程直至收集到预先规定的样本例数。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study used block randomization method, and team members (Xiaoge He, Wei Wang) assigned similar patients to the same block based on their enrollment time. The patients were randomly divided into A (text group) and B (control group). The size of the random block is fixed to 4, and the grouping is encoded. Each time, patients are randomly selected from numerical codes 1-6 and assigned to groups A and B according to grouping arrangement. This process is repeated until a predetermined number of sample cases are collected.
