研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究，针对主动脉弓部病变，验证主动脉弓部手术围术期一体化脑神经系统评估、监护、保护策略及相关并发症早期识别与救治的新范式的安全性和有效性；探索主动脉弓部病变患者发生术后神经系统并发症的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective cohort study was conducted to verify the safety and effectiveness of a new paradigm of integrated perioperative assessment, monitoring and protection of the cerebral nervous system and early identification and treatment of related complications for aortic arch lesions. To explore the influencing factors of postoperative neurological complications in patients with aortic arch lesions.

纳入标准：

年龄大于18岁；主动脉弓部病变具备手术干预指征

Inclusion criteria

Age over 18 years old; Aortic arch lesions indicative of surgical intervention

排除标准：

先天性主动脉弓部病变（主动脉弓缩窄、主动脉弓离断）；既往主动脉弓或弓上动脉手术史；解剖条件不适合行 TCCD 检查及围术期监护；碘造影剂过敏，术前无法行增强 CT 及 CTP 检查；精神系统疾病史或认知功能障碍；急性主动脉夹层危重状态（心包填塞、大量血性胸腔积液等）；急性主动脉夹层合并脑灌注不良综合征；脑梗死或脑出血急性期；其他手术禁忌

Exclusion criteria：

Congenital aortic arch disease (aortic arch constriction, aortic arch rupture); Previous history of aortic arch or superior arch artery surgery; The anatomical condition is not suitable for TCCD examination and perioperative monitoring; Preoperative enhanced CT and CTP examination could not be performed due to hypersensitivity to iodine contrast media. History of mental illness or cognitive impairment; Acute aortic dissection in critical condition (pericardial tamponade, massive bloody pleural effusion, etc.); Acute aortic dissection with cerebral malperfusion syndrome; Acute stage of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; Other surgical contraindications
