研究目的：

为处于终末期肾病阶段接受维持性血液透析的患者提供虚拟疗愈环境，以改善患者的感知压力。  

Objectives of Study：

Provide a virtual healing environment for patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis at the end-stage renal disease stage to improve the patient 's perceived stress.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

虚拟疗愈环境的提供使用HTC Focus3版本的设备提供，主要包括以绿色为主的自然环境和以蓝色为主的海洋环境。考虑到患者病情稳定性和干预安全性，在开始血液透析的前两小时进行干预。根据患者来院透析的时间安排干预，每周干预 3 次，共 12 次干预，根据方案计算最短干预时间 405 分钟，不短于 400 分钟。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The virtual healing environment is provided using the HTC Focus3 version of the device, mainly including the green-based natural environment and the blue-based marine environment. Considering the stability of the patient 's condition and the safety of the intervention, the intervention was performed two hours before the start of hemodialysis. According to the time of the patient 's dialysis, the intervention was arranged three times a week for a total of 12 interventions. According to the plan, the shortest intervention time was calculated to be 405 minutes, not less than 400 minutes. 

纳入标准：

①18≤年龄＜65 岁；②接受规律血液透析治疗的时间≥3 个月，透析频率为 3 次/周，透析时间 4 小时/次；③病情相对稳定，具备正常的理解和沟通交流能力；④自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 ≤ age < 65 years old; 2. The time of receiving regular hemodialysis treatment was more than 3 months, the dialysis frequency was 3 times/ week, and the dialysis time was 4 hours/ time; 3. the condition is relatively stable, with normal understanding and communication ability; 4. Voluntary to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①严重的无法纠正的视听障碍，有晕屏症，面部或头部损伤；②参与其他临床试验 ；③合并急性感染或其他系统性疾病；④服用镇静剂或者常规止痛药； ⑤严重精神障碍、认知障碍和语言障碍；⑥在前一个月经历重大生活应激事件；⑦有条件和时间在过去一年内去自然环境中娱乐，或每周去公园或绿地的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. serious uncorrectable visual and auditory disorders, screen sickness, facial or head injury; 2. to participate in other clinical trials; 3. with acute infection or other systemic diseases; 4. take sedatives or conventional painkillers; 5. severe mental disorders, cognitive disorders and language disorders; 6. experiencing major life stress events in the previous month; 7. Patients who had the conditions and time to go to the natural environment for entertainment in the past 1 year, or to the park or green space every week.
