研究目的：

本研究旨在通过使用衰弱量表对住院胃肠道肿瘤患者的衰弱状态进行识别，并对衰弱的相关影响因素进行探索性分析。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to identify the frailty status of hospitalized patients with gastrointestinal tumors by using the frailty scale, and to make an exploratory analysis of the relevant influence factors of frailty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 经临床确诊的胃或结直肠肿瘤患者；
② 年龄≥60岁；
③ 肢体活动功能正常；
④ 神志清楚，理解能力良好；
⑤ 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with clinically diagnosed gastric or colorectal tumors;
2. Aged >= 60 years;
3. With normal physical function;
4. Have a clear mind and a good understaning of clinical research;
5. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

① 合并严重的心、肝、肾或其他严重疾病者；
② 近1个月内发生严重的感染或炎症性疾病；
③ 受试者或家属拒绝调查或随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney or other serious diseases;
2. With severe infection or inflammatory disease occurred within 1 month;
3. The subject or family members refuse to be investigated or followed up.
