研究目的：

研究急性有氧运动对新型毒品依赖者认知控制权衡的影响，基于奖惩动机的调解下，分别探讨奖赏条件和惩罚条件对其主动性控制和反应性控制影响效益，并观察大脑皮层活性变化情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of acute aerobic exercise on the cognitive control trade-off of new drug dependents, and to explore the effects of reward conditions and punishment conditions on their active control and reactive control under the mediation of reward and punishment motivation, respectively, and to observe the changes in cerebral cortex activity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在20-42岁之间； （2）文化程度小学及以上； （3）通过标准化的量表综合诊断符合《精神障碍与统计手册（第五版）》（DSM-Ⅴ）对METH依赖者的评定标准； （4）有利手为右手； （5）处于隔离监禁状态并经历4-12个月的强制隔离戒毒期。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 20-42 years old; (2) Educated to primary school level and above; (3) Diagnosed through a standardised scale composite meeting the criteria of the Manual of Mental Disorders and Statistics (Fifth Edition) (DSM-V) for the assessment of METH-dependent persons; (4) Favoured right-handedness;

排除标准：

（1）有色盲； （2）有因头部受损而导致意识丧失的历史； （3）有患过精神病或直系亲属有精神病史； （4）有身体残疾或医疗问题阻止或禁止参加中等强度的有氧运动； （5）有其他毒品共用的经历。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have colour blindness; (2) Have a history of loss of consciousness due to head damage; (3) Have a history of mental illness or a history of mental illness in the immediate family; (4) Have a physical disability or a medical problem that prevents or prohibits participation in moderate-intensity aerobic exercise; (5) Have other drug-sharing experiences.
