研究目的：

本研究拟招募20名自愿接受改良PPOS方案新鲜周期移植的患者,评估其助孕结局。如成功实施,该方案有望替代目前所有的促排卵方案,使每位患者的助孕费用大大降低,将惠及所有接受辅助生殖技术治疗的患者。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to recruit 20 patients who voluntarily underwent fresh cycle transplantation with modified PPOS protocol and evaluate their assisted reproductive outcomes. If successfully implemented, this protocol is expected to replace all current ovarian stimulation protocols, which will greatly reduce the cost of pregnancy per patient and benefit all patients receiving assisted reproductive technology treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①女方年龄≤45岁,男方年龄≤50岁;②16kg/m2 ≤BMI≤35kg/m2;③采用我中心改良PPOS方案促排卵。

Inclusion criteria

① Female age ≤45 years old, male age ≤50 years old; ②16kg/m2 ≤BMI≤35kg/m2; ③ Modified PPOS protocol was used for ovulation induction.

排除标准：

①子宫畸形（单角子宫、纵隔子宫、双角子宫等）；②宫腔粘连；③取消促排卵周期或冻胚周期取消移植患者；④严重的全身性疾病如高血压、糖尿病及恶性肿瘤患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Uterine malformation (unicornuate uterus, septate uterus, bicornuate uterus, etc.); ② intrauterine adhesions; ③ Cancelling ovulation induction cycle or freezing embryo cycle; ④ patients with serious systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and malignant tumors
