Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

生活规律，饮食习惯正常（较少摄入零食者，所有研究对象在试验期内禁止饮酒和吸烟）；女性要求月经有规律（试验期间不会出现月经）；BMI：18.5-24；体检正常。

Inclusion criteria

Regular life and normal eating habits (those who eat less snacks are prohibited from drinking and smoking during the trial period); Women require regular menstruation (menstruation will not occur during the test); BMI18.5-24； Normal physical examination。

排除标准：

失眠和容易紧张者；血常规、肝功能（谷丙转氨酶，谷草转氨酶，每个指标在60U以下即可）、肾功能（肌酐，尿素氮）、血压、血糖、甲状腺激素（T3、T4）和促甲状腺素（TSH）结果不在正常范围者；消化系统疾病和代谢系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Insomnia and easily nervous; The results of blood routine examination, liver function (alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, each index below 60U), renal function (creatinine, urea nitrogen), blood pressure, blood glucose, thyroid hormones (T3, T4) and thyrotropin (TSH) are not within the normal range; Patients with digestive system diseases and metabolic system diseases.
