研究目的：

比较a-cTBS和a-iTBS治疗青少年抑郁症的疗效和起效机制差异  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and the the differences in the onset mechanisms of accelerated continuous theta-burst stimulation (a-cTBS) and accelerated intermittent theta-burst stimulation (a-iTBS) in the treatment of depressive adolescents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合CD-10抑郁症的诊断标准； 2.年龄12-18 岁； 3.右利手； 4.签订知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders of the ICD-10; 2.Age 12-18 years; 3.Right-handed; 4.Signed an informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.伴严重躯体疾病、感染性疾病及免疫系统疾病患者； 2.伴严重神经系统疾病、精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病的患者； 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4.近3个月内接受电休克治疗者； 5.曾有过癫痫发作史； 6.经评测不适合接受cTBS治疗，以及无法完成相关指标采集者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants with severe physical, infectious and immune system disorders; 2.Participants with severe neurological disorders, mental retardation or organic brain disorders; 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.Participants who received electroconvulsive therapy within the last 3 months; 5.Participants with the history of seizures; 6.Participants who assessed to be unsuitable for cTBS treatment and those unable to complete relevant indicator collection;
