研究目的：

（1）了解冻结肩患者功能锻炼的现状及影响因素。 （2）结合BCW理论框架 ，形成基于BCW理论的冻结肩患者功能锻炼方案。 （3）基于BCW理论的冻结肩患者功能锻炼方案的初步验证。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the current situation and influencing factors of functional exercise for frozen shoulder patients. (2) To form a functional exercise program for frozen shoulder patients based on BCW theory. (3) Initial validation of the functional exercise program for frozen shoulder patients based on BCW theory.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄＞18岁；②确诊为冻结肩；③有正常的交流沟通能力；④签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Age > 18 years old; ② Diagnosed frozen shoulder; ③ Normal communication ability; ④ Signed an informed consent form and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

①骨折、脱位、骨结核、骨质疏松、肩部肿瘤者；②合并感染、凝血功能障碍、免疫、神经系统等疾病者；③既往有骨骼肌肉神经损伤史、肢体功能障碍史；④精神意识异常。

Exclusion criteria：

① People with fracture, dislocation, bone tuberculosis, osteoporosis, shoulder tumor; ② People with combined infection, coagulation dysfunction, immunity, neurological and other diseases; ③ Previous history of skeletal muscle and nerve injury, limb dysfunction; ④ Abnormalities of mental consciousness.

(1) 事先拟定50个研究对象序号；(2) 产生随机数字（此处用随机数字表法）；(3) 规定随机数字为奇数的研究对象分到A组，偶数分到B组；(4) 规定A组使用基于BCW理论的冻结肩患者功能锻炼方案，B组使用常规功能锻炼方案；

(1) to formulate 50 study subjects' serial numbers beforehand; (2) to generate random numbers (the random number table method was used here); (3) to stipulate that the study subjects with an odd number of random numbers be assigned to group A and an even number to group B; and (4) to stipulate that group A use a functional exercise program for patients with frozen shoulder based on the BCW theory, and that group B use a conventional functional exercise program;
