研究目的：

研究脑卒后吞咽障碍患者吞咽肌群激活模式在不同任务的呼吸肌力训练的差异，以及探讨呼吸肌力训练对吞咽功能的可能作用机制，以期为脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能康复提供新的干预策略和模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the differences in the activation patterns of swallowing muscles in post-stroke patients with dysphagia across tasks of Respiratory Muscle Strength Training, as well as to explore the possible mechanisms of action of respiratory muscle training on swallowing function, with a view to providing new intervention strategies and modalities for the rehabilitation of swallowing function in post-stroke patients with dysphagia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

首先将sEMG电极片置于患者吞咽相关肌群，每位患者被指示执行9个不同的任务：吞咽任务、EMST25%、EMST50%、EMST75%、EMST100%、IMST30%、IMST60%、IMST80%和IMST100%。9个任务以随机的顺序完成，任务之间休息5分钟。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Firstly, the sEMG electrode was placed in the patient's swallowing related muscle group, and each patient was instructed to perform 9 different tasks: swallowing task, EMST25%, EMST50%, EMST75%, EMST100%, IMST30%, IMST60%, IMST80%, and IMST100%. Complete 9 tasks in random order, with a 5-minute break between tasks. 

纳入标准：

①符合脑卒中诊断标准，且经头颅CT或MRI检查证实为首发脑梗死或脑出血；②通过临床症状、洼田饮水试验证实伴有吞咽障碍；③年龄18～80岁；④意识清楚，能配合完成相关评估和训练；⑤发病时间为1～6个月；⑥签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and the first cerebral infarction or cerebral haemorrhage was confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; ② Accompanied by dysphagia was confirmed by clinical symptoms and Puddle Drinking Test; ③ Age 18-80 years old; ④ Consciousness and ability to cooperate in completing the relevant assessment and training; ⑤ Onset time was 1-6 months; ⑥ Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①入院前有吞咽困难史；②既往疾病或程序（如手术或放疗）或可能影响吞咽功能的医疗状况，如急性肺栓塞或心肌梗死；③评估时有气管切开插管的患者；④咽喉部器质性病变；⑤先前诊断出可能影响吞咽的神经退行性疾病，如阿尔茨海默病、痴呆、帕金森病或多发性全身萎缩症等；⑥复发性中风；⑦近期发生的低饱和度呼吸事件。

Exclusion criteria：

①history of dysphagia prior to admission; ② previous disease or procedure (e.g., surgery or radiotherapy) or medical condition that may affect swallowing function, such as acute pulmonary embolism or myocardial infarction; ③ patients with tracheotomy intubation at the time of assessment; ④organic pharyngeal lesions; ⑤previous diagnosis of neurodegenerative disease that may affect swallowing, such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, or multiple generalised dystrophies; ⑥recurrent strokes; ⑦recent low-saturation respiratory events.

Patients with post-stroke dysphagia were recruited by members of the project team, and the sequence of intervention methods after enrolment was determined by simple randomisation, whereby the sequence of interventions for different standing styles was determined by random drawing of lots.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者依据受试者的原始观察数据，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的录入病例报告表，录入采用的数据库系统，之后对数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份存在于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original data of the subjects, the researchers entered the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The database system used for the entry was ResMan, and then the database was compared twice. Electronic data files are classified and stored, and there are multiple backups on different disks or recording media, which are properly stored to prevent damage.
