基于子午流注纳支法理论，研究择时穴位按摩对胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Study on the therapeutic effect of timing acupoint method on gastrointestinal function recovery after gastric cancer operation; Explore a treatment with reliable curative effect and easy popularization, which is of great significance to promote patients' rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorten postoperative hospitalization time and improve their life

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄 18～60 岁
临床及病理诊断为原发性胃癌，接受胃癌根治术治疗，术式为腹 腔镜手术，麻醉方式为全麻
无认知障碍，可以进行有效沟通
患者及家属对本研究知情同意且自愿参加

Inclusion criteria

Ages ranging from 18 to 60 years;
The clinical and pathological diagnosis of primary gastric cancer is radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. The operation method is laparoscopic surgery and anesthesia is general anesthesia;
No cognition can communicate effectively;
Informed consent and voluntary participation of patients and their families in this study

排除标准：

癌症转移者或复发者 患有其他严重器质性疾病者 穴位按摩部位的软组织损伤且局部肿胀严重者 依从性差，未能完成本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

Cancer metastasis or recurrence;
Suffering from other serious organic diseases;
Soft tissue injury at acupoints and severe local swelling;
Poor compliance failed to complete the researcher
