研究目的：

探讨绷带式角膜接触镜治疗眼表疾病的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical efficacy of bandage contact lens in the treatment of ocular surface diseases

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床上诊断为持续性角膜上皮病变的患者；
（2）就诊时均神志清醒，一般情况良好；
（3）初诊患者，就诊时未曾接受针对角膜损伤的眼部治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients clinically diagnosed as persistent corneal epithelial lesions;
2. Patients who are conscious and in good condition;
3. Patients who have not received eye treatment for corneal injury at the time of initial diagnosis.

排除标准：

（1）既往有明确的眼部外伤及手术史、角膜瘢痕、角膜营养不良等可影响角膜上皮愈合疾病的患者；
（2）合并青光眼等眼科疾病需要持续滴用其他眼药治疗的患者；
（3）过敏体质对治疗不能耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have a clear history of ocular trauma and operation, corneal scar, corneal dystrophy and other diseases that can affect corneal epithelial healing;
2. Patients with glaucoma and other ophthalmic diseases who need continuous drip of other ophthalmic drugs;
3. The allergic constitution can not tolerate the treatment.
