评估免疫营养用于胃肠道肿瘤患者减少化疗不良反应发生及改善营养状况和生活质量的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of immuno-nutrition in reducing adverse reactions to chemotherapy and improving nutritional status and quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal tumor

纳入标准：

1: 临床病理学检测为直肠癌患者，I-III 期 2: NRS2002≥3 分 3: 手术方式为根治性腹腔镜直肠癌根治术

Inclusion criteria

1: Clinicopathological examination of rectal cancer patient, stage I-III 2: NRS2002≥3 points 3: The surgical method is radical laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer

排除标准：

1)行急诊手术的患者；2) 诊断为良性疾病的患者；3)存在肠梗阻等无法进行 ONS 的患者；4)长期口服免疫抑制剂的患者；5)存在重度感染的患者；6)无法获得知情同意的患者；7)其他研究者认为应该排除的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients undergoing emergency surgery 2) Patients diagnosed with benign diseases 3) Patients who have intestinal obstruction and are unable to be administered ONS 4) Patients with long-term oral immunosuppressants 5) Patients with severe infections 6) Patients who are without informed consent 7) Some situation that other researchers think should be excluded.
