研究目的：

探究数字化居家认知和体能训练对轻度认知障碍患者的可行性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate feasibility and effectiveness of a digital-based mild cognitive-physical exercises (Digital-Cog-PE) intervention for mild cognitively impaired individuals training at home.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在 60 岁及以上； （2）MMSE 认知评分介于24-29分之间； （3）居住在家中，并且有家属陪同一起参加本试验； （4）拥有并能独立熟练使用智能手机。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 60 years older; (2) With a MMSE score between 24-29; (3) Living at home, and have a family member who are willing to join the study; (4) Have a mobile device with a built-in camera and can interact online.

排除标准：

（1）患有中度或重度认知功能障碍，或痴呆症； （2）患有精神疾病，例如重度抑郁症、焦虑症等； （3）患有重度心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肝肾疾病等需要长期住院治疗的疾病； （4）患有听力和视力障碍； （5）生活不能完全自理，需要每天进行监护或看护的情况； （6）患有晚期癌症、末期疾病或其他严重疾病； （7）过去6个月内进行过大规模体育锻炼或正在进行其他干预试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With moderate to severe cognitive impairment or dementia; (2) With mental illnesses such as severe depression, anxiety disorders, etc; (3) With severe cardiovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, liver or kidney diseases that require long-term hospitalization; (4) Having hearing and visual impairments; (5) Limitation of activities in daily living skills (ADLs) and requiring daily care; (6) With terminal phase of cancer, terminal illness, or other serious illnesses; (7) Participated in major sports exercises or any other intervention study in the past 6 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集将主要通过面对面访谈、纸质问卷、电子采集、社区或医院病历记录等。数据管理将严格按照海南医学院数据管理规定或其他法人资格的机构或团体组织。
