研究目的：

通过分析乳腺恶性肿瘤超声影像特征及 B7-H3、PTN 表达相关性，辅助监测B7-H3 调控 PTN 表达情况，及其对乳腺癌血管生成的调控机制。有望建立乳腺癌 在体肿瘤血管调控的影像学评价体系，为进一步开展肿瘤病因研究、靶向药物筛选提供供良好的评估技术手段，有望为临床诊疗提供供新的靶点，为预后评估提供新的指标。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the ultrasound imaging characteristics of breast cancer and the correlation between B7-H3 and PTN expression, it can assist in monitoring the regulation of PTN expression by B7-H3 and its regulation mechanism on angiogenesis of breast cancer.It is hopeful to establish an imaging evaluation system for the regulation of tumor vessels in breast cancer in vivo, which can provide a good evaluation technology for further study of tumor etiology and targeted drug screening, and provide a new target for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and a new indicator for prognosis evaluation.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>18岁； 2.临床诊断为乳腺结节，超声分级为BIRARDS 4类及以上； 3.接受手术治疗，病理明确为乳腺癌； 4.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged> 18 years old; 2. Patients who have breast nodules with BIRARDS grades 4 or above; 3. Patients received surgery and with pathology evidence that confirmed to be breast cancer; 4. Patients who have signed informed consent;

排除标准：

1.超声造影剂禁忌症；
2.妊娠哺乳期女性患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications of ultrasound contrast agents; 2. Pregnant or lactating female;
