探讨超/极早产儿生长和发育水平，寻找发育迟缓的影响因素，实施早期、科学干预，提升早产儿生活质量、改善人口素质  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the growth and development levels of exreme/very premature infants, identify the influencing factors of growth retardation, implement early and scientific interventions, improve the quality of life of premature infants, and improve population quality.

纳入标准：

＜32周的活产儿，生后24小时内入院；临床资料完整（包括母婴基本信息、相关并发症信息及转归信息等）。

Inclusion criteria

Living preterm infants <32 gestational weeks admitted within 24 hours after birth; The clinical data is complete (including basic information of mother and baby, relevant complications, and outcome informations).

排除标准：

＞32周早产儿。产房死亡的超/极早产儿。存在各种可能影响临床干预效果的先天性疾病患儿，如复杂型先天性心脏病、消化道畸形等。

Exclusion criteria：

Preterm infants >32 gestational weeks. Extremely/very preterm infants who die in the delivery room. There are various congenital diseases in children that may affect the effectiveness of clinical intervention, such as complex congenital heart disease, gastrointestinal malformations, etc.
