研究目的：

主要研究目的：明确疼痛是否通过损伤脑功能及结构继而影响患者共情能力，探究其脑网络改变，寻找其影像学标志物。 次要研究目的：①研究疼痛患者合并抑郁障碍时其疼痛共情改变的脑网络机制；②研究不同病程疼痛患者共情功能受损差异，并探究其潜在脑机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objective: To determine whether pain affects patients' empathy by impairing brain function and structure, explore the changes of brain network, and find its imaging markers. Secondary research objectives: ① To study the brain network mechanism of pain empathy changes in patients with pain and depression; ② To study the difference of impaired empathy function in patients with pain in different course of disease, and explore its potential brain mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：20-60岁，右利手。②符合国际疼痛研究协会（IASP）亚急性或慢性疼痛的诊断标准并由三甲医院确诊为亚急性或慢性背痛的患者；③疼痛持续时间为1个月及以上者；④无明显认知功能障碍，无语言理解障碍；⑤无独立神经精神疾病及药物滥用史者；⑥无MRI检查禁忌且脑内未见异常病灶。⑦疼痛患者经视觉模拟评分法(visualanaloguescale，VAS)评定结果为3分及以上者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 20-60 years old, right-handed. ② Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of IASP for subacute or chronic pain and are diagnosed as subacute or chronic back pain by the third tier hospital; ③ Pain lasting for 1 month or more; ④ No obvious cognitive impairment and language understanding disorder; ⑤ No history of independent neuropsychiatric diseases and drug abuse; ⑥ There is no contraindication for MRI examination and no abnormal lesions are found in the brain. ⑦ Patients with pain were rated as 3 or more by visual analog scale (VAS).

排除标准：

①脊柱骨折，脱位，急性颈、腰椎间盘突出；②合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等危及生命的原发性疾病，伴精神疾病、胃肠溃疡活动期及哮喘患者；③月经周期不规律以及行经期者；④患结核、肿瘤及感染等。

Exclusion criteria：

① Spine fracture, dislocation, acute cervical and lumbar disc herniation; ② Patients with life threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, mental disease, active gastrointestinal ulcer and asthma; ③ Irregular menstrual cycle and menstruation; ④ Tuberculosis, tumor, infection, etc.
