研究目的：

使用网络模型分析方法探讨新冠疫情不同时期（疫情爆发初期与后疫情时期）维持性血液透（Maintenance hemodialysis,MHD）患者 MSPSS 的家庭、朋友和重要他人三个维度与 KDQOL-TM36 各个维度的潜在关联路径及重要性，DERS 与 DASS-21 各维度潜在关联路径及重要性；MSPSS 在DERS 与KDQOLTM36 间的中介作用;使用R 软件对网络中各维度的强度和桥-强度中心性进行分析和可视化。  

Objectives of Study：

The network model analysis method was used to explore the potential correlation path and importance between the family, friends and important others of maintenance hemodialysis (Maintenance hemodialysis,MHD) patients' MSPSS in different periods of COVID-19 epidemic (early and post-epidemic period) and each dimension of KDQOL-TM36, and the potential correlation path and importance of each dimension of DERS and DASS-21. MSPSS in DERS and KDQOL. The intermediary role between TM36; use R software to analyze and visualize the strength and bridge-strength centrality of each dimension in the network.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)透析时间≥3 年； 2)年龄≥18 岁,无精神或神经系统疾病史； 3)自愿参与研究； 4)能够独立完成问卷或在研究者的帮助下完成问卷者

Inclusion criteria

1) dialysis time ≥ 3 years. 2) Age ≥ 18 years old, no history of mental or nervous system disease. 3) volunteer to participate in the research. 4) those who can complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers

排除标准：

1)沟通障碍患者； 2)长期或近期使用精神药物； 3)因其他原因拒绝或无法配合调查者； 4)严重器质性心脑血管疾病及认知障碍患者； 5)近 3 个月有重大病情变化者； 6)患有痴呆/精神错乱在过去一个月内紧急住院超过 7 天者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with communication disorders. 2) long-term or short-term use of psychotropic substances. 3) those who refuse or are unable to cooperate with the investigation for other reasons. 4) patients with severe organic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and cognitive impairment. 5) those who have significant changes in their illness in the past 3 months. 6) those with dementia / insanity who have been hospitalized urgently for more than 7 days in the past month.
