纳入标准:

第一阶段 ① 临床一线护士,具备护士执业证书者; ② 工作年限≥1年; ③ 自愿参与本研究,并签署知情同意书 第三阶段 ① 新入职复旦大学附属中山医院护士; ② 院校应届毕业生; ③ 入职前无工作经验; ④ 自愿参与本研究,并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Phase 1 ① Clinical frontline nurses with nursing practice certificates; ② Work experience ≥ 1 year; ③ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form Third stage ① Newly employed nurse at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University; ② College graduates; ③ No work experience before joining the hospital; ④ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

排除标准:

第一阶段 无 第三阶段 ① 入职前有工作经验; ② 有超过1次的实习经历; ③ 拒绝参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria:

Phase 1 nothing Third stage ① Have work experience before joining the hospital; ② Have more than one internship experience; ③ Refusal to participate in this study.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究为前瞻性研究,采用EDC进行数据采集和管理。设立数据管理员2名,质量控制员2名。 制定EDC使用质量保障计划:(1)团队成员接受EDC培训,了解EDC系统的操作和数据录入标准。使用标准化操作,减少数据输入错误和不一致性。(2)研究团队共同设计EDC具体内容,包括必要的数据字段、逻辑检查和验证规则。(3)启用EDC系统的实时监测功能,包括范围检查、逻辑检查和数据完整性检查。(4)在数据收集开始前使用质量控制测试数据集,验证EDC系统的功能和性能。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study is a prospective study using EDC for data collection and management. Set up 2 data administrators and 2 quality controllers. Develop a quality assurance plan for the use of EDC: (1) Team members receive EDC training to understand the operation of the EDC system and data entry standards. Use standardized operations to reduce data input errors and inconsistencies. (2) The research team jointly designs the specific content of EDC, including necessary data fields, logical checks, and validation rules. (3) Enable the real-time monitoring function of the EDC system, including range check, logic check, and data integrity check. (4) Use quality control test datasets to verify the functionality and performance of the EDC system before data collection begins.
