研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性分析糖尿病肾病人群中血清酮体水平与肾病进展的相关性，旨在探究不同水平的血清β-OHB对DKD患者进展至终末期肾病（ERSD）的影响，以及其对肌酐、尿蛋白方面的意义，我们还将探讨与较低肾病进展风险相关的最佳βOHB水平。本研究将基于真实临床数据，探索血清酮体对肾病进展的影响，进一步为生酮饮食及酮体药物治疗提出启示，有助于开发新型治疗方案，造福慢性肾脏病患者，延缓或改变疾病的最终结局来获得更佳预后。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively analysing the correlation between serum ketone body levels and nephropathy progression in a diabetic nephropathy population, this study aims to investigate the effect of different levels of serum β-OHB on the progression of DKD patients to end-stage renal disease (ERSD), as well as its significance in terms of creatinine and urinary protein, and we will also explore the optimal level of βOHB that correlates with a lower risk of nephropathy progression. Based on real clinical data, this study will explore the effect of serum ketone bodies on the progression of renal disease, and further shed light on the ketogenic diet and ketone medication, which will help to develop novel therapeutic regimens for the benefit of patients with chronic kidney disease, and to delay or alter the final outcome of the disease to obtain a better prognosis.

纳入标准：

1)年龄已满18周岁 2)诊断为2型糖尿病 3)诊断为糖尿病肾病 4)签署知情同意书 5)随访时间> 1 年

Inclusion criteria

1)Aged 18 years or above 2)Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 3)Diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy 4)Signed informed consent 5)Follow-up time > 1 year

排除标准：

1)1型糖尿病患者 2)基线时患有终末期肾病 (ESRD) 的患者 3)病理资料或血常规检查不完整的患者 4)恶性肿瘤、肝硬化或活动性感染患者 5)代谢性酸中毒的证据（即血清碳酸氢盐水平<15 mmol/L）

Exclusion criteria：

1)Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus 2)Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) at baseline 3)Patients with incomplete pathological data or routine blood tests 4)Patients with malignancy, cirrhosis or active infection 5)Evidence of metabolic acidosis (i.e. serum bicarbonate level <15 mmol/L)
