探讨经颈静脉肝内门体分流术（TIPS）对肝硬化门静脉高压患者血流动力学的影响及其与临床失代偿事件的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the hemodynamic changes in cirrhotic patients underwent TIPS and its correlation with clinical decompensation events.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18-75 岁；2. 明确诊断为肝硬化；3. 拟行 TIPS 术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosis of liver cirrhosis; 3. Planning to perform TIPS.

排除标准：

1. 有过涉及门静脉系统重建的手术史，如脾脏切除术、外科分流术、外科断流术等；2. 肝脏恶性肿瘤；3. 临床资料不齐全；4. 失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of portal venous system reconstruction, such as splenectomy, surgical diversion, surgical disconnection, etc. ; 2. Hepatic carcinoma; 3. Incomplete clinical information; 4. Loss to follow-up.
