研究目的:

基于体育学、心理学、医学等多学科视角,将正念运动与菊苣相结合,探索其对超重或肥胖人群身体形态、身体机能、身体素质、HDL水平及其介导巨噬细胞胆固醇外流功能的影响,并证明融入正念的运动模式优于不融入正念的运动模式,且体医心联合干预模式效果最佳。通过体、医、心的联合,丰富改善超重人群健康的体医心联合干预方法,为预防HDL水平及功能紊乱相关疾病提供新的潜在的运动干预措施,同时拓展正念运动的理论和实践经验。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on perspectives from disciplines such as sports science, psychology, and medicine, this study combines mindfulness exercise with chicory to explore its effects on the physical morphology, physical function, physical fitness, HDL levels, and its mediating effect on macrophage cholesterol efflux function in overweight or obese individuals. The study aims to demonstrate that integrating mindfulness into exercise is superior to exercise without mindfulness, and that a combined approach involving physical, medical, and psychological interventions produces the best results. By integrating the realms of physical, medical, and psychological interventions, this study aims to enrich and improve the health interventions for overweight individuals, providing new potential exercise interventions for preventing disorders related to HDL levels and function, while expanding the theoretical and practical experience of mindfulness exercise.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.某综合大学大学本科生或研究生; 2.17-30岁; 3.超重或肥胖男性(BMI≥24.0 kg/m2); 4.无罹患高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、重型或危重型新冠等高危疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1.Undergraduate or graduate students from a comprehensive university; 2.Aged between 17 and 30; 3.Overweight or obese males (BMI ≥ 24.0 kg/m2); 4.Without serious diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, or diabetes, severe COVID-19.

排除标准:

1. 此前接受过规律性的正念练习及体育锻炼(在过去3个月中,无规律的运动习惯,每周参与中等强度运动少于3次,每次少于20分钟,由国际体力活动量表(IPAQ)评估); 2. 吸烟者(一生中连续或累积吸烟6个月或以上者)、饮酒者(男性一天饮用酒的酒精量超过25g,女性超过15g); 3. 近期三个月内参与过或正在参与其他项目的研究; 4. 即将或正在接受药物治疗者; 5. 无运动测试禁忌症,如严重的高血压、心脏疾病、外周血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病等,由体力活动准备问卷(PAR-Q)评估; 6. 无法进行身体功能测试,无法正确回答问卷问题; 7. 无法遵循试验程序; 8. 拒绝签署知情同意书者; 9. 对牛奶不耐受和过敏。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Previously received regular mindfulness practice and physical exercise (in the past 3 months, no regular exercise habits, participating in moderate-intensity exercise less than 3 times a week, each time less than 20 minutes, assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ)); 2.Smokers (those who have smoked continuously or accumulated for 6 months or more in their lifetime), drinkers (men consuming more than 25g of alcohol per day, women consuming more than 15g); 3.Engaged in or currently participating in other research projects in the past three months; 4.About to receive or currently undergoing drug treatment; 5.No contraindications to exercise testing, such as severe hypertension, heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, respiratory system diseases, assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q); 6.Unable to undergo physical function tests or answer questionnaire questions correctly; 7.Unable to follow the experimental procedures; 8.Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 9.Intolerant or allergic to milk.
