研究目的：

构建基于人工智能的肺动脉高压心音识别模型，并评估其在疑诊肺动脉高压患者中自动筛查的效能及其对确诊肺动脉高压患者病情评估的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct an artificial intelligence based heart sound recognition model for pulmonary arterial hypertension, and evaluate its effectiveness in automatic screening of suspected pulmonary arterial hypertension patients and its value in evaluating the condition of diagnosed pulmonary arterial hypertension patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-80岁； （2）住院期间完善右心导管检查； （3）受试者（或其监护人）能够理解研究目的，同意参加本研究并签署了知情同意书和配合检查操作。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-80 years old; 2. Complete right heart catheterization examination during hospitalization; 3. The subjects (or their guardians) are able to understand the research purpose, agree to participate in this study, sign an informed consent form, and cooperate with the examination procedures.

排除标准：

1.受试者处于任何疾病导致生命体征不稳定的情况； （2）植入心脏起搏器者； （3）既往接受心脏瓣膜疾病换瓣或修补者； （4）研究者认为不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject is in any condition where the vital signs are unstable due to any disease; 2. Patients who have implanted pacemakers; 3. Individuals who have previously undergone valve replacement or repair for heart valve disease; 4. The researchers believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
