Objectives of Study：

Observing the efficacy of cheek acupuncture therapy in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

全身麻醉下拟行胆囊或阑尾切除术；年龄≥65岁，性别不限，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级，BMI 18.5~24.0 kg/m2，无严重脏器疾病及精神障碍病史。

Inclusion criteria

Undergoing general anesthesia for elective cholecystectomy or appendectomy; aged 65 years or older, with no gender restrictions, classified as ASA grade I-III, having a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 to 24.0 kg/m2, and without a history of severe organ diseases or mental disorders.

排除标准：

交流障碍、无法配合；3个月内发生过不稳定型心绞痛、心肌梗死；心功能NYHA分级≥Ⅲ级；存在面颊部疾病或感染症状；ASA分级Ⅳ级及以上；术后送入ICU。

Exclusion criteria：

Communication barriers rendering inability to cooperate; occurrence of unstable angina or myocardial infarction within the past 3 months; heart function classified as NYHA Grade III or higher; presence of facial disease or signs of infection; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of IV or above; planned postoperative admission to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据车进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。电子数据和文件同时上传到ResMan公共平台。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Basad on the original observation records , researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively . After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup. Electronic data and files are simultaneously uploaded to the ResMan public platform.
