研究目的：

为了研究HA380血液灌流联合连续静脉-静脉血液滤过（CVVH）对脓毒症炎症因子和预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of HA380 perfusion combined with continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) on sepsis and prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）脓毒症符合美国重症医学会和欧洲重症医学会联合发布的脓毒症指南的诊断标准。（2） 年龄≥18岁，≤75岁。（3） APACHE II评分>8。（4） 这项研究得到了医院伦理委员会的批准，得到了患者或其家属的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Sepsis meets the diagnostic criteria of sepsis guidelines jointly issued by the American Society of Critical Care Medicine and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine. (2) Age≥18 years, ≤75 years. (3) APACHE II score>8. (4) This study was approved by the hospital ethics committee, the informed consent of patients or their families.

排除标准：

（1）血液净化禁忌症。（2） 临终状态。（3） 妊娠和哺乳期。（4） 患有自身免疫性疾病、脑血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Blood purification contraindications. (2) Terminal state. (3) Pregnancy and lactation. (4) With autoimmune diseases, cerebrovascular diseases.
