研究目的：

（1）研究盆底筋膜手法预防分娩时会阴裂伤的临床效应 （2）研究盆底筋膜手法对分娩时会阴裂伤的预康复效应机制  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To study the clinical effect of pelvic floor fascia manipulation in preventing perineal laceration during childbirth (2) To study the mechanism of pre-rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor fascia manipulation on perineal lacerations during childbirth

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组不予干预手段；治疗组与盆底筋膜手法：按揉浅层肌群。进入V6点至尾骨尖位置，单指找到盆底 肌触发点，以适当的压力按压，配合受累肌肉的收缩和放松，使肌肉恢复柔软度，减轻疼痛。15分钟/次 /日，2次/周，直至生产。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The control group do not intervene. Treatment group do pelvic floor fascia manipulation: press rub superficial muscle group. Enter the V6 point to the tip of the coccyx, single finger to find the pelvic floor muscle trigger point, with appropriate pressure pressure, with the contraction and relaxation of the affected muscles, so that the muscle to restore softness, reduce pain. 15 minutes/time/day, 2 times/week, until until the delivery 

纳入标准：

（1）孕34周单胎初产妇
（2）年龄＜35岁
（3）既往无流产史
（4）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者

Inclusion criteria

(1) At 34 weeks of gestation, the first woman with a single pregnancy
(2) Age < 35 years old
(3) No previous abortion history
(4) Signed the informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study

排除标准：

（1）年龄≥35周岁
（2）合并其他系统严重疾病者
（3）出现高血压、糖尿病等孕期严重并发症
（4）产科医师评估明确不适宜顺产的情况如胎盘前置、巨大儿、胎位不正等情况
（5）有艾滋、性病等传染性疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age ≥35 years old
(2) Merger of serious diseases of other systems
(3) Occurrence of hypertension, diabetes and other serious complications during pregnancy
(4) Obstetricians evaluated and identified the conditions that are not suitable for natural birth, such as placenta previa, macrosomia, and malposition
(5) Those who have AIDS, venereal diseases and other infectious diseases
