研究目的：

通过横断面调查，探究维持性血液透析患者血清中SASP(IL-6、TNF-α、BMP2、OPG)以及IFITM3的表达分布情况及与钙化的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

The expression of SASP(IL-6, TNF-α, BMP2, OPG) and IFITM3 in serum of maintenance hemodialysis patients and their correlation with calcification were investigated through cross-sectional investigation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康对照组：年龄≥18岁；签署知情同意书；2023年6月1日-2024年6月1日期间曾于我院行胸腹盆部CT平扫； 血透患者组：规律血液透析人群；透析龄≥6月；每周透析3次；2023 年 6 月 1 日-2024 年 6 月 1 日期间曾于我院行胸腹盆部 CT 平扫;自愿签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

Healthy control group: Age greater than or equal to 18 years;Signed informed consent; Previous CT plain chest, abdomen and pelvis at our hospital between June 1, 2023 and June 1, 2024; Hemodialysis patient group: regular hemodialysis population; Dialysis age ≥ 6 months; Dialysis 3 times a week; During the period from June 1, 2023 to June 1, 2024, I underwent plain CT scans of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis at our hospital; Voluntary signing of informed consent form.

排除标准：

健康对照组：患有精神疾病；因其他原因不能配合的患者； 血透患者组：妊娠/哺乳；患有其他自身免疫性疾病的患者；患恶性肿瘤、肝硬化、急慢性充血性心衰（左心室射血分数＜45%）、先心病、风湿性心脏病、急性炎症等；有原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进等影响骨代谢及钙磷稳态的疾病；临床资料不完整的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

Healthy control group: suffering from mental illness; Patients who cannot cooperate due to other reasons; Hemodialysis patient group: pregnancy/lactation; Patients with other autoimmune diseases; Suffering from malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic congestive heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction<45%), congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, acute inflammation, etc; Diseases that affect bone metabolism and calcium phosphate homeostasis, such as primary hyperparathyroidism; Patients with incomplete clinical data;
